Hello doctor,
I am 20 years old and I got very very tiny thread-like two white bumps beneath the corona of the glans of my penis recently I got one more, and now I have three of these bumps, I am very scared that I may have herpes, but they do not pain, itch, or oozes out, nothing comes out of them, and the two bumps from months ago are still the same and another one just appeared. Please help.

I read your query and understand your concern. Share a picture of the affected area. If there was unprotected sex - one needs to think of sexually transmitted infection
1.TPHA; Treponema pallidum hemagglutination.
2. HPV DNA PCR test.
3. Herpes simplex virus (Hsv) One and two igG test.
4. Herpes simplex virus (Hsv) One and two IgM, serum test.
5. Chlamydia trachomatis igG.
6. HIV one and two antibodies, screening test
7. HbSAG
8. Urine complete test.
If not, it can be a simple bacterial infection you can use ointment T-Bact for local application and Doxy 100 mg twice a day for five days. If there is itching, you need to think of fungal infection ointment Candid b for local application and for itching, tablet Cetizine (Cetirizine) once a night. Make sure you wash your genitalia twice a day morning and night and use normal water, no cold/ Hot water. Do not use heavy ph soap. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.
