Hello doctor,

I am 20 years old, and I got very, very tiny thread-like two white bumps beneath the corona of the glans of my penis. Recently, I got one more, and now I have three of these bumps. I am very scared that I may have herpes, but they do not pain, itch, or ooze out. Nothing comes out of them, and the two bumps from months ago are still the same, and another one just appeared. Please help.

1.TPHA; Treponema pallidum hemagglutination test.

2. HPV DNA PCR (Human Papillomavirus deoxyribonucleic acid polymerase chain reaction) test.

3. Herpes simplex virus (Hsv) One and two IgG (immunoglobulin G) tests.

4. Herpes simplex virus (Hsv) One and two IgM (immunoglobulin M), serum test.

5. Chlamydia trachomatis IgG.

6. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) one and two antibodies, screening test

7. HbSAG (hepatitis B surface antigen)

8. Urine complete test.

If not, it can be a simple bacterial infection. You can use ointment T-Bact for local application and 100 mg of Doxy twice a day for five days. If there is itching, you need to think of fungal infection ointment, Candid b for local application, and for itching, tablet Cetirizine once a night. Make sure you wash your genitalia twice a day, morning and night, and use normal water, no cold and hot water. Do not use heavy pH (potential of Hydrogen) soap.
