Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

An odorous vaginal discharge implies a vaginal infection. Vaginal infection is spread during sex (so the partner is the cause). Thus, both must be treated simultaneously at the same time, or you may become infected the next time you have sex. You may have white, yellow, or greyish discharge with or without itching, a foul odor, pain at the start of sex due to dryness (as lubrication is reduced), and pain radiating to the back, thighs late towards the end when fully erect penis touches the innermost vagina (due to inflammation of the structures surrounding the uterus). Bowel movement is altered due to the infection, as are gastritis symptoms. Period bleeds will be bigger darker, with clots or meaty lumps, and may smell awful. There may also be more days with spotting after the periods. When the uterus is infected, blood flow rises because the inner lining is inflamed, and the blood mixed with the inner lining creates a thick, doughy, or mushy mass. Because the lining is not completely healed, it continues to spit, or you have blood-colored discharge. Pain throbs even before periods and lasts long after they are finished. Yeast fungal infection is usually combined with a family of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, which cannot be found on culture. When one is treated and cleared, the other grows; if not treated, it regrows. Never have sex until the virus has completely cleared. Do not ignore it because delaying treatment may cause the illness to spread and harm both your and your partner's future fertility.

I hope I have answered your question.

Regards.
