Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Two months ago, I had protected vaginal sex twice and unprotected oral sex and a blowjob. After 9 days and 22 hours, I took HIV RNA PCR. It was negative, but I am still worried about HIV and other STDs (sexually transmitted diseases). I do not have any symptoms of HSV (human simplex virus), HPV (human papillomavirus), or any other STD, except that I could see some black spots inside my urethra. Also, when I pee, I experience hot urine. Is this related to any of the STDs?

Kindly help.

I understand that you are worried about the possibility of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and other STIs(sexually transmitted infection) or STDs(sexually transmitted diseases). It is important to prioritize your sexual health and take appropriate steps to address any potential risks. I suggest that you consult with a healthcare provider or visit a sexual health clinic for a comprehensive evaluation and appropriate testing.

Regarding the symptoms you mentioned, such as black spots inside the urethra and hot urine, it is difficult to make a definitive diagnosis without a proper examination and testing.
