Uterine cancer is the cancer of the uterus or womb. Uterine cancer often happens after menopause and is commonly seen in obese women. Its symptoms include abnormal vaginal bleeding, trouble urinating, pelvic pain, and pain during intercourse. Hysterectomy is the treatment of choice for uterine cancers, a surgery to remove the uterus.
