I have abdominal pain and diarrhea thrice a day. What is wrong?

I am suffering from abdominal pain and diarrhea three to four times a day for the last four months. I have gone through colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy followed by a biopsy. As per the biopsy, it is a mild non-specific inflammation. So, my doctor did several tests like fecal calprotectin, and ASCA-IgG (anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody - immunoglobulin G) to check for IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). However, the results were negative. I have got a stool occult test done, and it came back negative as well. At present, I am taking Rifaximin 400 mg, Librax, and VSL#3, but the problem is not solved.

I am a 24 year old female. Last week, I suddenly saw blood in my stool, and I have a small lump in my anus. I consulted a doctor, and she gave me Dulcoflex and an ointment. It was fine for 10 days, but now again I feel that lump and saw blood in the stool. What could be the reason? Are there any home remedies for this? I had my periods last week.

Three months ago, I went to the bathroom and suddenly experienced something sharp, like a razor piercing my anus, resulting in soreness and burning. The next day, I saw some drops of blood. Since then, I have been on bed rest, having soft meals twice daily and taking Cremaffin syrup twice daily. But my bowel movements have increased, and I go five times daily. Now I feel very weak walking, sweating a lot, and need to sit. I have developed shortness of breath and have lost some weight. I am not taking any medicine. What could be my problem? Please help.

While having sex with my wife six months ago, I had a severe pain in my stomach, which seemed to have originated from my testicles. The pain has never happened again. I live a pretty much normal day to day life. Since then, I have noticed a decrease in semen volume considerably. Now, I also feel that my testosterone levels have lowered, and I have low sex drive, difficulty concentrating, and lower back pain. It also seems that my testicles are riding a bit higher. All my blood reports are normal. What is the cause?

What causes red sputum while coughing?

My father is 59 years old now. Three years back, one day early morning my father started to cough and when he spit, the color of the sputum was dark red. Sometimes, later he started to cough and spit blood with the sputum. We took him to the hospital and after the test of endoscopy, the doctors said that my father had cirrhosis. Then he never used alcohol. Now he takes regular medicines and checkup. Later after a few months, when he coughed the color of the sputum was dark red. Again some blood was coming with the sputum. The doctors said that it was not because of the cirrhosis. But, now his weight gain and belly fat is also increasing. And nowadays, he coughs more. Can you please tell me some tips to take care of his health.
