I feel listless and tired when I return home in the evening. How to resolve it?

Hello doctor,

I feel listless and tired when I return home in the evening. So much that I cannot exercise on the treadmill. I was on antipsychotics for 30 years which surely caused muscle stiffness and tardive dyskinesia. That could be one reason for the tiredness. Treatment for the above side-effects is now available and I will be starting it next week. Otherwise, it could be fatigue or something which I am asking you to pinpoint. Can you tell me what you suspect to be the cause? And what protocol we follow to resolve it?

Can taking Thyronorm for hypothyroidism cause weakness and dizziness?

I have hypothyroidism for the past two years. I feel very tired and dizzy, current TSH level is 5.56. I am taking 62.5 mg Thyronorm. I feel dizzy and very weak and tired after taking medicine. Should I continue the dosage or decrease the dose? Please suggest the dosage.

I am 27 years old, and my weight is 55 kg, and my height is 155 cm. I have Crohn's disease for 11 years. I was first diagnosed with several other disorders, so I had to consume the wrong medicines.
