How does thiamine improve overall health?

Hello doctor,

I want to improve my overall health, and I have heard about the importance of vitamin B, specifically thiamine. Can you provide insights into the role of thiamine within the vitamin B complex and how it contributes to overall well-being? What are the consequences of thiamine deficiency? Are there specific dietary sources or supplements recommended to ensure adequate thiamine intake? Please help.

Thank you.

What could the white bumps on the back of the tongue mean?

Hi doctor,

I am a 28-year-old female, and I have white bumps on the back of my tongue. I also have painful white sores on the sides of the tongue. I have been getting painful sores on the tip of my tongue quite frequently for the past two months. But this time, the pain was severe. I did get some relief after taking a few antibiotics. What could be the possible causes? I have attached pictures of the sores. I am extremely worried about it being cancerous or due to HPV infection.

Additionally, are there alternative water sources or sustainable practices that can help mitigate the plastic pollution impact associated with bottled water consumption? Please help.

I have dull, persistent aches and pain in abdomen. Is it due to dance practice?

Hi doctor,

I am a 21-year-old female, 1.75 m and 70 kg. For the past two to three months, I have been under quite a lot of stress due to an ongoing internship and various school commitments. I am experiencing dull, persistent aches and pains (at times these are sharp pains) on my right abdomen, and I am suspecting it is related to my womb or uterus. I also have sharp and dull pains along my backbone. I have been deferring a visit to the doctor as I had dismissed it earlier thinking that it was due to my frequent dance practices (three times a week). However, after many online searches and having a paranoid mind that causes me to overthink, I ran out of options except to seek for your professional advice online before seeking the help from a physical venue. Could you kindly help diagnose my ailments?
