My face gets red after washing and I have trouble with my regular pooping. Why?

I am struggling with my face for several years. It remains sensitive and dry. Even when I wash my face, it becomes red. I have consulted many cosmetologists and their treatments work only for some time. So I stopped doing it. I have a bunch of pimples on my face with dry patches and irritated red skin. I also have some trouble with my regular pooping. Sometimes, I am not able to poop for days even though my diet is normal. I do not eat anything extra or too little. I cannot put any acids on my face as it causes a lot of irritation. I got a cyst on my face before a year. I went to a doctor and a cosmetologist. But their treatments did not work on it and the doctor did not take any steps to remove it. So it got spread on my face. Now it remains flatter and invisible. Should I be concerned? I want to clear my skin. How to have it? This is my main issue. Kindly help.

I am a 19-year-old female. I want to know the reason behind my excessive hair fall. I have this issue for five years and now, it has become worse. Previously, I consulted a dermatologist before few days and he advised me to do a blood test. It was normal and so he did not give any medication. My skin remains oily and I have an acne problem. Before entering my teenage, my hair was healthy but now I have only one-fourth part of hair thickness. My cousins also have this issue. But I am experiencing it at a very younger age. I think that I will have a bald patch on my head after a year. Kindly tell me the reason for hair fall and also give some possible solutions. Some medications do not suit me and so kindly give me some external use products.

Could you please help me lighten the darkness around my lips?
Hello doctor,
I see it is a little dark in color at the ends of my lips, so I applied honey and sugar mix on the dark area. It has now become even darker. So I started using Neutrogena fine fairness cream for lightening the dark color. After applying the cream, my entire skin started becoming red, and I also have a little burning sensation, so I started rubbing with ice cubes. And I also applied aloe vera gel and Boroplus antiseptic cream, but I could still see my skin red, and a little burning sensation is still present. Could you please tell me any home remedy for this or any ointment which could reduce the burning sensation and lighten the darkness around my lips?
