Does an unhealed deep cut in the foot need more antibiotics?

Hello doctor,

Eight days ago, I had a deep cut in my foot from a puncture. I got five stitches. A couple of days later, it got infected. So, I went to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics for five days. While it seems like it is doing better, the redness is not completely gone and now I just took my last antibiotic pill today. Should I go get more antibiotics?

What should I do if anxiety causes a rapid heart rate?

Hello doctor,

I have frequent recurring pains in my chest due to anxiety. I recently got a fitness watch and noticed that when I am experiencing this my heart rate goes way up. Normal for me is 65 to 70 when resting. When my chest starts hurting it has jumped as high as 135 to 140 when resting. Is this normal or should I make an appointment? I currently do not have a doctor.
