I am a 25-year-old woman, and I am three months pregnant. I was officially confirmed to be pregnant today. I need some tips to overcome pregnancy and gain mental and physical strength. Also, please guide me regarding the following:

1. What should I eat during pregnancy?
2. What should I avoid eating at the time of pregnancy?
3. Can a pregnant woman eat papaya? If yes, how much can I take?

Please give me some general instructions or tips that a pregnant woman should follow.

I am 21 weeks pregnant, and I have UTI even after taking antibiotics. Why?

Hi doctor,

I am 21 years pregnant. I have a problem with UTI. During my first urine test, I had 40 to 60 pus cells and so my doctor advised me to take antibiotics. I took two tablets for seven days. After completing the course, I took a urine test again. But still, I have UTI with 17 to 20 pus cells. I am frustrated. I drink a lot of water which makes my tummy full and so I urinate frequently. I wash my private part and wipe it from to back frequently. I am not sexually active. I drink water from a container. Kindly help me.

I am on contraceptive implant. Could it be reason for pain during sex?

Hello doctor,

I am 23 years old. I lost my virginity at 19, and I have had multiple partners since. Everytime I have sex, it is very painful, and it is like I am losing my virginity again. No matter how much prep I put in. I occasionally have a horrible smell from my vagina. It is like something fishy. I have had one outbreak of oral herpes (it manifested in the genital region). And I have been treated for Chlamydia. I have been noticing a mixture of blood in my vaginal discharge when I cum. I also want to point out that I am on my second consecutive contraceptive implant. I have been on this for four years now. I want to go to a private gynecologist but I cannot afford and my public doctor is not taking this seriously.
