Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had intercourse without penetration, but precum touched the entrance of the vagina last month. I took the I-pill) within nine hours, and I got my period on the ninth day after the contact. Now, this month, I am experiencing lower abdomen pain. It feels like my lower abdomen muscles are in pain, but I am not sure. Is there any chance of pregnancy?

Hi,

Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare.

I have reviewed your medical history and understand your concerns.

No, actually, there is no chance of pregnancy at all. Pregnancy is caused by proper intercourse and ejaculation, which you did not have. There was no need for the emergency pill as well, but you took it as a precaution and got your periods. If your periods occurred, it means there is no pregnancy at all. So, do not even think about pregnancy. Abdomen pain can be due to infections and other reasons. I suggest you take tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once before breakfast. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take the medicines with their consent. Please tell me: Do you have difficulties in passing stool or diarrhea?

I hope this has helped you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
