Patient's Query
Thank you for your reply, doctor.
I have genital warts already. I have had four different sexual partners in the last month. One is on the pubic bone; the other two are between the thigh and testicles about 3 cm apart. The lesions are not itchy. But my testicles have been slightly red and itchy for years now (I had only been with one sexual partner for five years).
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
The redness of the testis may be due to scrotal dermatitis. In addition, I saw two to three red lesions in the photos (attachment removed to protect the patient’s identity), which may be due to folliculitis. Therefore, I suggest you do the following. Avoid friction and irritation. Wear loose cotton inner garments. See that there is adequate ventilation. You may need topical creams like Mupirocin if it persists. Avoid trimming hair too short. I hope this helps. Thank you.
