Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a weird rash of some sort on my right thigh. Please help. I have never had it before.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please provide me with more details:

  1. Any itching, pain, or oozing?
  2. Since when is it present?
  3. Is it progressive or stable?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, I tend to itch until blood appears.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It seems to be contact dermatitis. A cream combination of a potent steroid (like Clobetasol) and an antibiotic (like Fusidic acid) will be helpful.

  1. Apply it twice daily for two weeks.
  2. Avoid soap.
  3. Please be sure to apply moisturizer repeatedly.
  4. Tablet Loratadine 10 mg twice daily for two weeks for itching.

Please consult your specialist doctor, talk with them and start taking the medicines with their consent.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
