Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have noticed that my allergies are acting up during the winter, and I suspect it might be allergic rhinitis. Can you explain how winter conditions might trigger allergies, and what are some effective ways to manage allergic rhinitis symptoms during the colder months? I want to make sure I am prepared and can enjoy the winter without dealing with constant sniffles and sneezing.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Cold atmosphere, the presence of pollen grains during winter can cause some allergies. In today's lifestyle, hybrid foods, and the use of insecticides in farms cause weak immune systems. Try to improve your immune system to prevent the recurrence of colds and rhinitis. Do yoga and pranayama regularly. Go for walks regularly. Put Anu thailam or Shadbindu tail or mustard oil. Put a few drops in both nostrils regularly to improve the nasal immune system and take good nutritious foods regularly. Also take tablet Geriforte (immunomodulator) twice a day, tablet Amyron (Iron, minerals, and vitamins) twice a day, Echinacea angustofolia Q 20 drops in 50ml twice a day, or Chyavanprash one tablespoon twice a day. Any one of these for a few months every year. These are the points to prevent the recurrence of colds and to have a good healthy life.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you.
