Hi doctor,
If a pregnant woman who is carrying monozygotic (identical) twin babies, one of her babies leaks amniotic fluid at 30 weeks of pregnancy, is it possible to deliver the other baby full term by giving preterm delivery to the baby who has leaked amniotic fluid?

I read your query and understand your concern
If it is monozygotic twins then there must be a single amniotic sac and single placenta, so it Is not possible to deliver one baby and extend delivery for some weeks, and even if it would have been two sacs it Is not possible. If leakage is minor, it can be manageable and can extend pregnancy for a few weeks as it is 30 weeks so she should take Dexa injections to mature the fetal lungs and till delivery can be postponed.
