Anejaculation

Anejaculation is a condition characterized by an inability to release semen, although they can feel pleasure. It can be primary or secondary. The former is the condition in which the person cannot ejaculate semen from the very beginning, while the latter is one in which the person cannot normally ejaculate like before. Injury to the spinal cord, pelvis, infections, medications, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, surgery involving the pelvis, lymph node removal, etc., can result in anejaculation. Treating the cause is the recommended treatment. If needed, fertility treatment can be done to store sperms.
