Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had an anxiety disorder for five years now, and my GP suggested Nexito forte to me. He asked me to take this without fail. However, I missed a dose as I was traveling and had a relapse with severe sweating. What should I do? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

If you can get medication, then try to get it as early as you can. Nexito Forte (Clonazepam and Escitalopram Oxalate) is the brand name, but you will get another brand name with the same medication and dose. You just need to find out, or you can even get online with the help of a prescription. You can try to do breathing exercises for immediate relief. I suggest you follow the 4-7-8 rules. Take a breath in up to four counts, then hold for seven counts, and breath out for eight counts. I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you.
