Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have anxiety that is affecting my everyday life. I get panic, feel sick and start sweating. I do not go out and work from home but I still get panic and start feeling really sick. I feel like I am being watched and judged all the time. I do not like talking to strangers or speaking on the phone I never answer my phone. I can not get my words out, my mind always goes blank, when I tried to speak. I do not go out with friends or go see my family even. I get a lot of headaches and feel dizzy a lot. What to do? Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your first query consult is on us!

I can understand your concern. I would suggest you few things like,

  1. Avoid stress and tension, and be relaxed and calm.
  2. Do not think too much about it.
  3. Divert your mind from this. Do not pay much attention to these symptoms.
  4. I would also recommend you consult your doctor and then take a tablet of Propranolol and Flunarizine combination once a day at night, before going to sleep.
  5. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health.

    Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
