Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been facing an existential crisis and cannot get the fear of death out of my head. I am constantly thinking about it every day.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It is an acute stress reaction that needs to be addressed. I have a few questions.

1. How is your mood?

2. Any negative thoughts?

3. Are you having sleep disturbances?

4. Do you have any medical issues?

Kindly update with the above answers.

Thanks and regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for replying.

I do not have any medical issues and my sleep is also great. But I cannot focus on anything. I always keep thinking about my future.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is anxiety that precipitates after the death of your grandfather. It is fixed in your mind that crying leads to some negativity and because of that your thoughts increase. I suggest you take medicines like SSRIs (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) like Escitalopram to overcome these thoughts. Also, do some physical exercise for at least 45 minutes a day.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
