Hello doctor,
Recently, I have been experiencing chest pain with a burning sensation around the heart area. I have had adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue for one and a half years. Other symptoms associated with my fatigue include neck and head tremors, an excited nervous system, elevated heart rate, pounding heart, exhaustion, low stress tolerance, an increase in headaches, occasional arm aches, and burning sensations in my arms.

I recommend you undergo an upper GI endoscopy to rule out GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), which may cause chest pain and a burning sensation around the heart.
