Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a red, target-shaped rash most prominent on my palms, feet, and knees. The rash is slightly raised and is not always itchy. It was itchy before then the rash appeared. Kindly help. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for the reply. The rash appeared after an itching sensation on my palms, feet, and knees. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest it be atopic dermatitis. Do you have a fever? Thanks and regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I appreciate your concern. Yes, I have a slight fever. The rash is on my palms, feet, knees, arms, and legs. Please help. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest Motium (Mometasone cream) at night for three weeks. Use Azac (Azelaic acid) soap for the bath for two months. Take Tablet Teczine-M (Levocetirizine and Montelukast) once at night after food for seven days. Use Fucidin (Fusidic acid) cream or T-bact (Mupirocin) cream at daytime for ten days. Use Dermocalm (Calamine and liquid Paraffin) lotion after bath for ten days. Avoid scratching and rubbing of lesions. Maintain proper hygiene. Avoid known triggers or allergens. Avoid friction and injury. Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
