Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a sprinter, so by sprinting and weight lifting, I have been suffering from lower back pain for one month, and then yesterday I decided to do my MRI, and in the MRI report, I get lumber straightening and disc bulge of L5-S1. I am currently taking Calcium, Vitamin D3, and painkillers. So what do I have to do after this? What precautions, medicine, and exercise do I have to do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do physiotherapy for a few weeks. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting for a few weeks. Do lumbosacral exercises. You can learn it from physiotherapy videos on the internet. And, I suggest taking.

1) Tablet Pan 40 (Pantoprazole 40 mg) one tablet on an empty stomach.

2) Tablet Zerodol TH4 (Aceclofenac 100 mg and Thiocolchicoside 4 mg) one tablet twice a day.

3) Tablet Trinerve LC (Levo-carnitine 500 mg, Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, and Folic acid 1.5 mg) once daily for five days.

Send me to follow-up after five days
