I have lower back ache and Cannot put weight on my right leg and toes while walking even though I Cannot stand straight. My Upper body is tilting towards the left while trying to stand. While coughing, squeezing, and vomiting it hurts my lower back, and the pain aggravates. If I am at rest and lying down there is no pain. Please provide medicine for immediate relief so that I can walk. Currently, I am in bed all the time.
Hi,
Welcome to Icliniq.com.
The symptoms that you have described are typical of nerve pain which could be due to some disc herniation. Almost all of the patients respond to conservative management. If you have trust then we can start the treatment for that you need to answer a few more questions.
- What do you do?
- How much physical activity is there in your daily routine?
- Is there only leg pain or also back pain?
- If there is back pain then what is the intensity of it as compared to leg pain?
- you said that you are not able to stand on your toes, due to pain or weakness in your limb.
- is there any problem with urination?
- Do you feel any numbness in your perineal region?
Thank you.
