Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had a lump in my labia minora for six months. It is non-itchy and pointed, ready to pop. However, it is not a blister. What can be the reason for the lump? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You have a labial cyst. If it is not painful and there is no pus, I suggest you use hot compresses to help relieve it. Also, I suggest you get a pap smear done. If it is painful or tender and associated with discharge, you will need antibiotics and a further evaluation. I hope this helps. Thank you.
