Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have black marks and pimples on my face. There are black patches and pigmentation on one side of the face for a long time.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest the following treatment. Apply Kojic (Kojic dipalmitate, Potassium azeloyl diglycinate) cream at night on the dark patch for 20 days. Wash face with Ahaglow (aloe vera, Acrylate copolymer, Sodium laureth sulfate) face wash twice daily for 20 days. Take the tablet Limcee (Vitamin C) 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days. Take the capsule Antoxid HC (Beta carotene) once at night after food for 30 days. Use photostable sunscreen daily from 9 AM to 3 PM for two months. Avoid direct sunlight and mid-day sun. Also, apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going outdoors. Apply Cetaphil (water and glycerine) brightening cream at daytime 30 minutes before application of sunscreen. Add citrus fruits to diet like berries, oranges, kiwi, etc. Eat papaya, avocado, green veggies, etc. Drink a glass of carrot juice daily and lots of water, around seven to eight glasses daily. Regards.
