Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 27 years old. I currently started bleeding from my vagina, and I had rough sexual intercourse four times in four days with my partner. I experienced hip pain yesterday, but when I woke up, the pain was gone, and 30 minutes before I started bleeding, I started to have pain in the same spot. I get my periods regularly every 24 days, but sometimes I get them between 24 to 28 days if I am under stress. I had my last period only 12 days ago.

Have you ever done a complete blood count? Get one done and show me the reports.
Probable causes include trauma (laceration, tear) along with some other factors like weak tissue texture or coagulation disorders or chronic disease like diabetes or cervical/ uterine pathology/ pelvic inflammatory disease/ sexually transmitted diseases, etc. Please get back with the following investigations done:

2. CBC (complete blood count).
3. High vaginal swab.
4. Cervical smear.
5. Transvaginal scan not now afterward.
Treatment plan includes 1. Iron supplementation. 2. Postan (Mefenamic acid).
Have a healthy high-protein diet. and use condoms along with lubricant.
