Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I had protective sex with bar girls and hand jobs inside an Asian spa. I used two condoms during the intercourse, but I could not ejaculate. I ejaculated after masturbating with my hand. After the intercourse, I found blood stains on the bedsheet, and one of the condoms had little blood inside it. I checked both condoms, and they were intact. What could be the reason? Kindly suggest.

5. Are you under any medications?

Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for your reply.
I am 27 years old and am not taking any medications, and never had surgery. Also, I do not have the complaints such as painful urination, pain in the testis, swollen testis, or discharge from the urethral opening. The only problem I have is losing erections during sex. Can this be due to frequent masturbation? Kindly suggest.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern. As you have experienced this blood in semen only once, it is fine, and you need not worry about it. I suggest you take tests such as urinalysis, semen analysis, and culture if it recurs.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.

Hi doctor,
Thank you for your reply. I lose erection during sex. So, I masturbate, but it takes a longer time to ejaculate while masturbating. Kindly help.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern. I suggest you use a tablet of Viagra (Sildenafil) half an hour before sexual intercourse on an empty stomach to maintain the erection.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.
