Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My blood report showed serum globulin 1.53 g/dL, A/G ratio 3.01, total bilirubin 1.84 mg/dL, direct bilirubin 0.38 mg/dL, and indirect bilirubin 1.46 mg/dL. Kindly review it.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com
I read your query and understand your concern. Your blood reports are regular; you have not attached your liver function test, but as you mentioned, it seems you have slightly high bilirubin. This can be due to alcohol intake or indigestion. It will be fine, kindly answer the following questions
1. What medications are you taking currently?
2. Do you have yellowish eye color?
3. Do you consume alcohol?
Please answer so I can prescribe you medicine accordingly.
Thank you.

Patient's Query
Hello Sir
Thanks for the reply. I already attached my blood test report above, also am taking medicine Sugar, Metformin 1000 mg at night, Sitason -D 100/10 in the morning, and Atorvastatin 40 mg at night.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com
Thank you for your quick response. Yes actually I have seen your reports and I would suggest you take syrup Hepamerz as I prescribed above, and continue the rest of the medicine as it is. In addition, I would also suggest you do an ultrasound examination of the abdomen, ultrasound will help us know if there is any swelling or enlargement in the liver. Then we can decide on further management accordingly. If anything else please let me know.
Thank you
