Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 29 years old female who gave birth 7 months ago. 10 days after giving birth I discovered that I had gallbladder stones. I had an ERCP one month later then surgery and then one more ERCP. I had blurry vision, heavy head, and dizziness that never left me since then I am not able to stay with my baby alone. I cannot walk, cannot drive. Yesterday night I had the worst episode ever whole surroundings were moving. I was afraid the baby would fall from my hands. I went to ENT and had a blood test and thyroid checked. What else should I do?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to iciniq.com.

I would like to know further details about your problem:

  1. Since when did you start to have headaches? Is it for 7 months only? Or did you have headaches before also?
  2. You feel headache in which areas of your head? From where did it start? Does it start always in the back of your head?
  3. What kind of headache is this? Heaviness, throbbing, stretching, bursting, shooting pain, electric current-like pain, or some other kind?
  4. Is it severe or moderate?
  5. The headache is episodic only or some kind of persistent headache? If episodic headache, how long time one episode last?
  6. How frequent are these headache episodes before and now? How many times in a week?
  7. Do you feel any vomiting or feeling of vomiting, watering from eye, redness in the eye, or nasal congestion during a headache?
  8. How is your day today mood?
  9. How is your sleep? How is your vision?
  10. Have you noticed any trigger factors for this headache?

In MS, headache is not a feature.
