Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Research has shown that keeping the temperature below 110 degree Fahrenheit is beneficial to health. Slightly cold water is also good for your health as it boosts the immune system but not too cold. Water that is cold can harbor many pathogens like Legionellae and others. Water too hot is bad for the epidermis as it damges the natural oils of the skin and predisposes a person to eczema and other skin conditions.

Taking a bath in temperatures around 110 deg Fahrenheit can significantly hydrate the cells of the body and also maintain the natural texture of your skin. As for duration, too much time in the water is not recommended. An average of 20 minutes in temperatures around 110-degree Fahrenheit is good. In the case of children or the elderly, observe caution with high temperatures.
