Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a lazy one, and all the time's something is running in my mind. I am not accurately able to focus on my studies, and I am getting afraid and tensed by every little issue. So kindly help me.

Answered by Dr. Ajit Naik

Hello,

Welcome to ilciniq.com.

Continuous something running in mind if it is unwanted is called brooding or rumination. The more you continue it, the more problems it may create. Problems like making you more lethargic. Better start behavioral modifications like exercise, distraction techniques, keeping yourself engaged, etc., with a proper timetable. Watch yourself for anxiety, and depression symptoms if any, then seek help accordingly.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
