Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am pregnant and had my last menstrual period two months ago. I am worried because I had to undergo abortions twice. The problem is that I have a light brown discharge. What should I do? Why is this discharge happening?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

How are you doing? I do not see any reason for you to worry about it. The discharge is due to implantation bleeding. The blood comes out when the embryo gets attached to the endometrial lining. There may be slight cramps. I suggest you take the Progesterone injection from a nearby doctor and the tablet Duphaston (Dydrogesterone) thrice daily. Consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent. You can have a scan to confirm the health of the embryo.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

Can you please tell me the full name of the tablet?

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
