I have noticed small bumps on the head of my penis. They have been present since I was around 16 years old. They are not painful, itchy, or causing any discomfort, but they have remained there over the years.

I would like to know whether this appearance is normal and whether my penis appears healthy. I am feeling quite anxious about this and would appreciate your professional opinion.
