Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 38-year-old male. I have small wounds on my penile head. It is itching. As of now, I do not take any medicine.

Please guide.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Please answer the following questions so that I can get an idea of your condition.

  1. Can you please share a picture of your lesion?

  2. Was there a history of unprotected sexual intercourse?

  3. How many days has it been?

  4. Do you have diabetes?

  5. Are you currently taking any other medications?

  6. Do you experience burning during urination?

  7. Is the lesion painful, or has it increased in size?

  8. Do you have a history of similar lesions?

I suggest the following treatment for your condition.

  1. You can apply Candid B (Clotrimazole with Beclometasone) cream for itching.

  2. Tablet Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for five days.

  3. Tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once daily for five days.

  4. Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for five days.

Please use Candid B (Clotrimazole with Beclometasone) cream for local application and maintain proper hygiene. Please confirm whether you had any unprotected intercourse with an unknown partner or a known partner with an infection.

Please follow up with the answers to the questions so I can guide you further.

I hope this answers your query.

Feel free to reach out anytime.

Thank you.
