Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have random chest pain that builds pressure up into the throat, repeating every few seconds and lasting hours. It happens maybe every couple of months. I am taking tablet Zoloft and tablet Elinest medications. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Do you have any burning in the chest, breathlessness, or sweating during pains? Do you have any ECG (electrocardiogram) or blood test reports? Please reply with details. Meanwhile, It seems to be musculoskeletal pain aggravated by lack of exercise and anxiety. I suggest you can do neck, back, and shoulder exercises daily. Do deep breathing exercises daily. I suggest you take tablet Pan 40 (Pantoprazole 40 mg) once per day on an empty stomach and Tablet Zerodol (Aceclofenac 100 mg) one tablet twice a day for three days and continue your current medicines.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
