Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It is sad to hear about the way you are feeling. Chest pain is widespread amongst the general population. Chest pain is often associated with a heart problem which is not always the case. Your chest pain is caused most likely by a muscle problem. A strain of the muscle usually presents with chest pain that is intensified with physical activity. Chest pain caused by underlying heart diseases presents with other symptoms like shortness of breath, palpitations, etc. You should avoid lifting anything heavy at the moment and take Ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily for three to five days. This should eliminate the pain. If you are not relieved, you see a doctor for a physical examination.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
