I am a 20+ year-old male, and I have been suffering from an ulcer for the past two years. I have been taking medication continuously, but despite this, the ulcer has not healed. Additionally, I have noticed a concerning side effect the longer I take the medication, the smaller my penis size appears to be. I am deeply worried about this and would appreciate your guidance on what could be causing this issue and how I can address it. Are there alternative treatment options for my ulcer that would not have this side effect?
