Clomipramine

Clomipramine is used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, major depressive disorder, and chronic pain. It belongs to a group of drugs called tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). Sleepiness, weight gain, sexual dysfunction, and constipation are common side effects.
