How to treat itchy white patches on the neck and hand?

It shows a lichenified lesion on the dorsum of the foot and hypopigmented lesions on dorsum of hand, neck and in other site lesions are not shown. Duration, presence of allergies, occupation, etc., is not clear in your query.

It may be due to allergic contact dermatitis going for lichenification and hypopigmentation. Try with steroid creams like Flutivate (Fluticasone) cream. Take antioxidant capsules like Oxidon or Oxivit, and Cetirizine when itching. Avoid allergens and rubbing friction. Consult a dermatologist if it does not respond. Else get back with photos of all lesions and details.

It appears like an eczematous condition (can be due to allergy or contact). It is going for lichen simplex in the dorsum of the foot due to repeated scratching or itching. So please avoid all allergens or suspected contact chemicals or substances. Even dry skin can exacerbate this. So please apply topical steroid creams like Diprovate-MF cream (Diprovate cream) in the night. Apply a thin film of cream. If it is severe you can apply in the morning also. Take antihistamine like Cetirizine in the morning and Atarax (Hydroxyzine) 25 mg in the night. They help in relieving itching. Take Griseofulvin tablets 375 mg orally for two to four weeks. Do not scratch or rub the lesions it will get thickened and further exacerbate lesion. You can get back for any clarification.
