Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 47-year-old female with 1.15 mg/dL creatinine in urine. Should I be concerned?

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The main concern is your creatinine, which should be between 0.6 to 1.1 mg/dl. The cause of renal dysfunction should be assessed. Do you have diabetes or hypertension? If you have, then this condition should be taken care of immediately. Also, do you take anti-inflammatory drugs? It would help if you drink adequate fluids. You also complain of pain in the upper back, left side, and abdomen. Is there any history of trauma? Kindly post this information.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
