Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been using Kojivit cream for the last two months to reduce dark circles and pigmentation, but neither there is a reduction in dark circles, nor is the face glowing. Should I take this cream for two or three months more?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

As per your query, dark circles can occur due to causes like excessive stress, malnutrition, overuse of mobiles and laptops, sleep deprivation, and allergies.

I suggest the following:

1. Reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises.

2. Take sufficient sleep.

3. Avoid excess use of gadgets.

4. You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, and Vitamin E.

5. Grapeseed extract-containing creams are also helpful.

6. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects, and you can also place grated potato over the eyes.

7. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet.

In case of no improvement, consult a dermatologist and get evaluated, and also, with consent, laser treatment can be performed to remove the dark circles.

I hope it may help.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
