Patient's Query

I am 22-year-old female. Last week, my boyfriend and I engaged in intimate activity where our genitals were in contact, and he ejaculated. I am concerned about the possibility of pregnancy due to this encounter. During the activity, his semen soaked through his shorts and came into contact with my vagina as I was rubbing myself against him. I am particularly worried because I am overweight and have irregular periods. Prior to this incident, I had already missed a period, and I am unsure when I should take a pregnancy test since I cannot predict when my next menstruation will occur. I am hesitant to take the test even after a week has passed because it might still be too early and could result in a false negative. Kindly suggest me what to do?
