Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thanks for trusting us about your health care.

I have gone through your history in detail and understood your concern.

As per your description, these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance but it could be due to pregnancy also. But as you missed your period, it could be an anovulatory cycle (due to hormonal changes) or due to pregnancy (if precum contains sperm).

You should go for a home urine pregnancy test after 7 days of your missed period date or blood beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) testing to rule out pregnancy right now. If pregnancy is not there, it could be due to hormonal imbalance and you can wait and watch for your period or can take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.

Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test for any hormonal changes.

I hope you found it useful.

Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
