Hello doctor,
I had sex after which I took an Unwanted-72 tablet. I got spotting or withdrawal bleeding after that. But now, my period has been delayed for the past two months. My pregnancy test also came back negative. What to do?

I understood your concern.
There is no chance of pregnancy as intercourse was during safe days and Unwanted-72 (emergency contraceptive pill) had already been taken. Do not worry. The delay in periods may be due to some hormonal disturbance due to stress or other factors. I suggest you take a tablet of Primolut-N (Norethisterone) once daily for five days. Periods will occur within a few days of stopping Primolut-N.
Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
