Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 28-year-old male. Since friday morning I have suffered with some type of itchy rash on both of my arms, hands, fingers, face, and a small section of my abdomen. Currently, I am on Metoprolol, Prozac, and Protonix. In addition, I just finished a course on Amoxicillin last week for a sinus infection.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
It looks like allergic dermatitis (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). Is it only on exposed areas? Do you have any other family members with similar issues? If scabies, it will be on the forearms and the sites on the body which are in contact with animals and hence it is unlikely to be scabies. It is more looking like photodermatitis.
