Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have dehydrated skin, hyperpigmentation, dark skin, whiteheads, and dark roughness around my nose. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It appears to be dry skin with skin tanning. Wash your face with a face cleanser twice daily for two months. Use a good SPF (sun protection factor) sunscreen at least 20 minutes before going outdoors for two months. Take the tablet Antoxid-HC (Beta carotene) once daily after breakfast for 30 days. Increase vitamin C and A-rich foods in your diet. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Avoid scratching and rubbing of lesions. Apply Cetaphil brightening cream (Niacinamide) in the morning and night for two months. I suggest you consult a specialist, talk with them, and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
