Hi doctor,
It has been 90 days that I have been waking up at night time around 1 to 2 am and I am feeling very hot. My heart rate at that time is around 75 bpm. When I get up to urinate, I notice my heart rate has gone up to 110 bpm. As soon as I get up, my heart rate shoots up to 140 to 150 bpm for around three to eight minutes. I have attached the recording of digital or electronic watch. In that moment my heart starts thumping out of my chest, cold sweats, high blood pressure, feels like I will die soon. After these episode end, I feel very weak, thirsty, constant need to urinate and other pots like symptoms. What can that be? An SVT, FIB, V TACH, or panic? Can it be related to sleep breathing or pots? What is a normal EKG? If the comments say abnormal, Do early precordial R/S transition nonspecific T-wave abnormalities compared with the previous ECG T-wave abnormalities present now? Please explain.

I understand your concern. Your tachycardia on that night was sinus tachycardia, which itself can be due to panic attacks and anxiety. If it recurs, then record the rhythm on your device and send it to me. Alternatively, have a Holter monitoring done. Non-specific T-wave abnormalities mean that these do not fit into any specific disease. Early transition's most common cause is improper lead placement. Other causes are obesity, especially abdominal obesity. Ischemic heart disease is very uncommon at a young age. Arrhythmia can occur which has a variety of causes. In your case, sinus tachycardia was due to panic or anxiety. Regards.
