Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am taking Levothyroxine for the past many years. I also had some low testosterone blood levels for which I started with testosterone replacement therapy. I am eating healthy food, exercising, and losing weight also. However, during my exams, I was in stress due to which I masturbated a lot. However, after the last masturbation, I suddenly experienced erectile dysfunction, muscle weakness, low energy, and sleep issues. I also got my testosterone levels checked and they were normal.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Repeated masturbation can cause mental exhaustion and memory loss. Therefore, you might be experiencing a loss of sleep. It can also cause temporary erectile dysfunction. I suggest you masturbate once or twice a week only and engage yourself with sports and recreational activities that will reduce the tendency to do masturbation. As long as your testosterone levels are normal, there is nothing to worry about. I also suggest you keep your thyroxine levels normal.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
