What is the treatment for absence of eyebrow?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male. I do not have an eyebrow. It has been like this since birth and I am ashamed about it. But, my siblings have good eyebrows and mine is different. I do apply castor oil sometimes, but it is not growing at all. Please help me.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

You have absence of eyebrows since birth. No medicine or creams will work in such a matter. The only method is eyebrow transplant, in which we take hair from the back of the scalp and transplant an eyebrow with the desired shape. It is a 100 % successful method and is now very popular.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always reach me at icliniq.com.
