Hi doctor,

I have a problem with sleeping alone. I cannot sleep alone, even in a single room. When I stay alone in my room, especially at night, I always feel I would die. For my lifestyle, I need to stay alone now. But because of this phobia, I cannot, and it hampers daily activities. This problem has been occurring for a long time. From my childhood, I did not stay alone in a single room. I need to adopt this ability, but I cannot. Would you please help me come out of this problem and what can I do?
